Candidates who have registered with Pachaiyappa's College, Chennai for admission to UG/PG courses are required to fill up the application form and pay the fees in online.
We will inform you about the Interview by SMS/Email. During the interview you have to bring the Printed Application form, 3 Nos of Passport size Photo, Marksheet, Community Certificate, Transfer Certificate.

Important Notes to fill Up the Application for Admission

Read the below instructions carefully before filling the form:
  • Please read the Prospectus carefully before filling this Registration
  • Fill in the details and click on Register to proceed
  • After successful registration you will receive User ID and Password to the registered Mobile number and Email ID
  • Login link will be sent to the registered Email ID
  • Click on the login link to fill the application.
  • Under one User Id (Login) can apply for multiple courses.
  • For each course separate application number will be generated
Following are the steps to be followed while applying.
  • Signup using the link provided in the Website
  • Fillup your name, Mobile number, Email ID and Password
  • (*Provide the above details carefully)
  • All communications regarding admission will be sent to the registered mail ID and Phone number.
  • Fill in the Personal details and Academic Qualification.
  • Select the course to which you are eligible.
  • Read the eligibility Criteria before selecting the course.
  • Read the declaration, terms and conditions and click ok button
  • Make the Online Payment with Debit/Credit Card/UPI
  • On successful completion of the above process, Course will be registered and Application Number will appear
Payment of cost of application
  • The payment towards cost of application in respect of the candidates other than SC/ST/SCA communities must be through online
  • The evidence for Online payment should be sent to The Principal, Pachaiyappa's College, Chennaiby post/Courier with your Online Application Number, Candidate Name, Contact Number, Course Name
  • Once your payment is done successfully your application will be processed and you will get an acknowledgement through SMS and mail immediately

Note : Candidate can apply more than one course. For each course the cost of application must be paid.
